Paul has over 25 years’ experience as an HR professional and project manager. He gained this experience across a variety of industries including professional services, utilities, higher education and local government.
Paul is highly skilled in developing organisational and individual capability, especially in growing businesses. He enjoys linking operational activities and longer term strategy for our clients. He can also deal with complex employee relations work.
Also adept at seeing the roles people play in building business, Paul constructively supports and challenges BKL colleagues at all levels. Taking a hands-on approach within the firm, he is closely involved in everything from policy development and contracts to organisational design and staff engagement.
Paul’s ability to support businesses is enhanced by skills that extend beyond HR. As well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he is a law graduate and non-practising barrister, holds a Strategic Management and Finance degree and is a chartered member of the British Computer Society.
