Lindsay is a Trust and Estate practitioner with over twenty five years’ experience of working in the specialist field of trusts, landed estates, probate and charities.
Lindsay advises trustees on all aspects of accounting, tax compliance and administration. Her focus on building strong working relationships with the trustees, beneficiaries and their advisers often means she is seen as an extension to the family office.

Lindsay has worked on several high profile cases, including preparing forensic accounts and reports directly for the Law Society for use in court cases involving trustee fraud. She has also acted for several well-known high profile families, advising on their trust structures and landed estate interests. Attention to detail is a key component of Lindsay’s work ethic.
Before joining BKL as Director of Trusts, Lindsay worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte for the last eleven years, where she worked closely with Richard Crane. Prior to that Lindsay worked as a Manager at KPMG.
Lindsay has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 1991. Her specialist interest is accounting for landed estates.
