Greg McCaw

Greg is a change-maker who is passionate about applying design thinking and agile methodologies to HR. As part of the business’s senior leadership team, the leader of our People & Culture team and an approachable collaborator with colleagues across BKL, he works to co-create human-centric, innovative, and effective routes to our shared goals.

Joining BKL in 2023, Greg brings over a decade of experience. His diverse background spans diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), employer brand, culture and communication. He has led successful initiatives in both private equity and as a FTSE 100 leader.

Greg’s work at BKL has included co-creating a new people & culture strategy for our growing organisation; and developing new family friendly policies to ensure that BKL as an employer is doing the right thing.

In championing meaningful actions that enable inclusivity, Greg has been instrumental in BKL’s support of the LGBTQ+ community through Barnet Pride, the first local Pride event of its kind.
