Osborne’s Jekyll and Hyde tax approach

The Telegraph’s Philip Johnson accuses George Osborne of having a “Jekyll and Hyde” attitude towards tax, by offering generous pension reforms whilst simultaneously “operating the ultimate stealth tax” in the form of stamp duty.
