AAT Apprentice Example Pathway

Talent coach
As an apprentice you are required to keep learning records where you will be encouraged to reflect on the work you have done, what you have learned and identify any gaps in the training with a talent coach.

Your first two weeks at BKL will comprise of induction to the Firm, finding your way around the systems, settling in with your buddy and a bookkeeping course.

Business challenge
We begin your development journey by bringing together trainees, directors and partners from BKL for a 2 day business simulation. The business simulation is fast paced and highly experiential; it combines important lessons that will be reinforced in the following months and will be run with a diverse audience experience and seniority, from apprentices to executive members.
