After completing a Masters degree in Human Resources and her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications, Rachel worked at a London Hospital before joining BKL in 2000. She has worked for a wide variety of clients in the public and private sector, in industries including retail, restaurants, bars and commercial practices. She assists clients in producing documentation such as contracts, handbooks and policies, as well as offering advice on any employment issues that may arise, including disciplinary and capability matters, redundancy and restructuring and family-friendly legislation.
