Helen joined the BKL HR Department in 2007 as a HR Assistant after working for many years in various business sectors, including merchandising, publishing and the sportswear industry. She is involved in all aspects of the administration for the BKL HR Department, including assisting with recruitment and selection processes, dispute processes, company benefits and remuneration, absentee management, the production and maintenance of any reports, letters, and documentation, and the control and maintenance of employee records.
