Statutory Redundancy Pay

For each complete year of continuous service:

Employees up to age 21
Half a week's pay

Employees aged between 22 and 40
One week's pay

Employees aged 41 and over
One and a half week's pay

Maximum payment is 30 weeks' pay or £9,300

Minimum qualification is two years' continuous service
